In July 2016, FEV North America Inc. announced their plans to construct a new $27.4 million North American headquarters and technical center in Auburn Hills. Now, the company is seeking approval from the City to develop the first phase of the project.

FEV proposes to construct a 25,600 square foot research and laboratory facility on a 6.78 acre parcel located between I-75 and Harmon Road, east of Joslyn Road. Timing of the second phase, which envisions a four-story office building visible from I-75, has yet to be announced.
