We’re happy to update folks that construction on the new $20 million corporate headquarters facility for INCOE Corporation in the Oakland Technology Park is progressing very nicely.
The mammoth building is located on the south side of High Meadow Circle, adjacent to Faurecia.
The builder, General Development Company, anticipates beginning the cement pour of the shop floor for the 135,000 square foot building this week. Contractors have also begun hanging drywall on the 2nd floor.

We’re pleased to report that construction is moving along nicely on INCOE Corporation’s new $20 million World Headquarters building at 2850 High Meadow Circle. INCOE, a company born and raised by the Seres family, has been developing hot runner technology for the plastics industry since 1958. The company will consolidate three of its metro Detroit area locations into this new, larger space in the Oakland Technology Park.
The steel structure is 100% complete. Masonry on the office area of the building (currently hidden under visqueen sheeting to help keep the building toasty) is scheduled for completion by the end of next week. Window installation will follow about five weeks later, just before the shop area will be enclosed and the floor poured.
Construction will continue through the chilly winter months as the building is slated for completion in early August. Check back in the Spring for another peek at the progress on INCOE’s exciting new home.

Yesterday was a very special day. We celebrated the groundbreaking of INCOE Corporation’s new World Headquarters Facility in Oakland Technology Park. Even though the weather was chilly, it was a heartwarming celebration.
INCOE is a global company that is 100% family owned and operated. Founder, Mr. Alex Seres, set the benchmark for developing products that add value and ease of use; always with customer productivity and customer service in mind.

Since 1958, three generations of Seres family members have taken what began as a mom and pop operation, to a company that is now a world leader and pioneer in the plastics industry. Their nearly 60-year story is very personal to the Seres family and they are very proud of the employees who have been with them along the way.
We are so excited to welcome INCOE to the Auburn Hills community and wish them all the best as they continue to grow!
