We’re pleased to report that a development application has been submitted to the City of Auburn Hills by Cunningham-Limp to construct a new 33,520 square foot facility for Kasper Machine Company. The $5 million project is proposed on a 4.63 acre site located between I-75 and Atlantic Boulevard, west of Giddings Road.

Kasper is a subsidiary of IMS Deltamatic and the Coeclerici Group. They fabricate and refurbish custom machine tools utilized by automotive and similar industries. Their highly technical process will require both skilled engineers and technicians to be employed at the building.

Those interested in learning more about this proposal are encouraged to attend the Planning Commission meeting scheduled for Wednesday, May 9th at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber at City Hall. A final decision on the application is anticipated by the City Council on Monday, May 21st.
If approved by the City Council, construction would begin in July 2018 with completion anticipated by Spring 2019.
