An application has been submitted to the City of Auburn Hills by Tarik Dinha and Sal Delisi to construct a net 544 new parking spaces at 3000 University Drive to accommodate an anticipated 1,100 additional workers at the multi-tenant building.

This 27-year old facility was once wholly occupied by Delphi

The 4-story, 487,797 square foot office and technical center is currently occupied by Brose and Delphi’s Michigan Customer Technology Center.  Two new unnamed companies are expected to move into the building’s remaining space over the next three to six months.  It’s estimated that between 1,500-1,600 people will occupy the building once all the companies settle in.  After the parking expansion is complete, the site will have 1,691 parking spaces to accommodate all the employees, visitors, and future growth.
