An application has been submitted by General Development Company to the City of Auburn Hills for approval to construct a 135,000 square foot corporate office / industrial building for INCOE Corporation. The project will be situated on a 15.36 acre parcel that is located on the south side of High Meadow Circle, adjacent to Faurecia.

INCOE is a global company that is 100% family owned and operated. The business, which began in 1958 as INjection COntrol ngineering, develops hot runner technology for injection molded plastic applications utilized in virtually every market around the world. INCOE will consolidate and expand operations from three separate locations in the Metro Detroit area to this single facility in the Oakland Technology Park. The total investment is estimated at $20 million.

Those interested in learning more about this proposal are encouraged to attend the Planning Commission meeting scheduled for Wednesday, June 14th at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber at City Hall. A final decision on the application is anticipated to be made by the City Council on Monday, June 26th.
