Construction continues on the new Mosaic of Auburn Hills luxury rental community. The development, located at the corner of Baldwin and Collier Roads, will include six buildings with 81 apartment units in ranch, townhouse and split-level configurations.
Utilities are now being installed on site which means that heating and electrical services will be available for continued work through the winter months. Foundations for buildings 2, 4 and 5 are also going in now to beat chilly temperatures.
