The City Council is scheduled to review a request tonight from Magnum Industrial Building Company for site plan approval to construct a 137,560 square foot industrial facility. The new building will be situated on a vacant 9.28 acre parcel located east of Continental Drive, between Harmon Road and N. Atlantic Boulevard.

The name of the business that will occupy the facility has yet to be disclosed. The total investment in the project is estimated at $9 million.
Site Plan
Construction is expected to begin in Spring 2017 and should take about eight months to complete.
