The Great Recession, between 2005 and 2013, caused an untold number of residential developments across the country to stop dead in their tracks. ย It was not uncommon to have a just a few occupied homes among a sea of empty lots in a new subdivision setting.ย Unfortunately, our Auburn Grove subdivision happened to be one such development.
The slow but steady housing market rebound has created new activity in these delayed developments and weโre happy to report that Auburn Grove is now nearly complete. Only the last four (out of 124) units are on the market and still under construction.
This is extraordinary news since completion was not anticipated until the end of 2017.ย Looking at the amenities in each of these new units, it should be no surprise the development has surpassed expectations.
So for folks looking for a nice neighborhood, surrounded by woodlands and plenty of open space, look no further than Auburn Grove
