Mosaic of Auburn Hills, the new $9 million apartment complex under construction at the southeast corner of Baldwin and Collier is taking shape. Construction began two months ago and the first building in the 81-unit development is 95% framed. Construction on the second building will begin within the next 30 days.
Mosaic apartments will be built in townhouse, ranch and split-level configurations in two or three bedroom layouts. Units will feature open floor plans, granite countertops, stainless steel kitchen appliances and a one-car garage.
Upcoming site work includes the detention pond which will be installed next week and the streets will be cut in soon after.
