An application has been submitted to the City of Auburn Hills to allow automotive parts supplier Dana Corporation to construct a 46,400 sq. ft. addition onto their existing industrial facility located at 4440 North Atlantic Boulevard. The expansion will enlarge the building to 144,400 sq. ft. in size. The total investment is estimated at $3 million.

Dana currently employs 125 people at the facility. The expansion is expected to create 25 new jobs. The company has been operating at the site since 2003.
Building Facade
Those interested in learning more about this proposal are encouraged to attend the public hearing at the Planning Commission meeting scheduled for Wednesday, May 11, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber at City Hall. A final decision on the project is anticipated to be made by the City Council on Monday, May 23, 2016.
Construction is anticipated to begin in June 2016 with completion scheduled for December 2016.
