An application has been submitted to the City of Auburn Hills to allow the construction of a new 18,585 sq. ft. building for Northern Sign Company. The site is located on the north side of Walton Boulevard, between Lapeer and N. Opdyke Roads. The overall investment is estimated at $1.4 million.

Northern Sign Company is a full service sign company. They make and install vehicle graphics along with door and window lettering. They also manufacture sign cabinets, channel letters, pylon signs, monument signs, and flex face signs.

Those interested in learning more about this proposal are encouraged to attend the public hearing at the Planning Commission meeting scheduled for Wednesday, February 3, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber at City Hall. A final decision on the project is anticipated to be made by the City Council on Monday, February 22, 2016.
If the City Council “signs off” on the project, Northern Sign Company anticipates beginning construction this Spring.
