We wish to report that an application has been submitted to the City of Auburn Hills to allow the development of a 55+ active adult community called Villa Montclair (f.k.a., Villa Montage) on a 30 acre site located at 3995 N. Squirrel Road.   The “luxury active adult resort” proposed by Auburn Hills-based Moceri Companies will include 88 detached single-family homes surrounded by significant open space and amenities.

The City’s Northeast Corner Neighborhood Master Plan was recently amended on November 17, 2015 to allow the number of homes proposed in the project.

Plans call for a full collection of amenities, including a clubhouse, pool, exercise room, and walking trails
