High-end amenities inside the apartments will include wood plank flooring, Kohler fixtures, granite counters, and Energy Star appliances.  A wi-fi lounge, cinema, and exercise room will be common area elements within the building.  The property will be professionally managed by KMG Prestige, which oversees thousands of apartment units in Michigan.
