An application has been submitted by Foremost Development Company to the City of Auburn Hills to allow the construction of a project called Residences at Thirty Two 50, which will be located at the southwest corner of Auburn and Squirrel Roads. The development will consist of a 4-story building with approximately 3,900 square feet of commercial space on the ground floor and 48 market-rate, luxury apartments on the upper floors. The investment is estimated at $7.5 million.
The project is anticipated to begin in Spring 2016 and will take one year to construct
High-end amenities inside the apartments will include wood plank flooring, Kohler fixtures, granite counters, and Energy Star appliances. A wi-fi lounge, cinema, and exercise room will be common area elements within the building. The property will be professionally managed by KMG Prestige, which oversees thousands of apartment units in Michigan.

Those interested in learning more about this proposal are encouraged to attend the public hearing at the Planning Commission meeting scheduled for Tuesday, October 20th at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber at City Hall. A final decision on the project is anticipated to be made by the City Council on Monday, October 26th.
