New Building Proposed Along I-75: Total Filtration Services, Inc.

Good news!  Expect to see another new building pop up along the I-75 freeway in the months ahead.

A development application has been submitted by Allegra Development to the City of Auburn Hills to allow the construction of a 32,293 sq. ft. light industrial building on a 3.92 acre parcel of land located at 2501 Commercial Drive.

The project is being built for an existing Auburn Hills’ company named Total Filtration Services, Inc. The company supplies filtration products and professional services for HVAC, air paint, rolled media, hydraulic, engine/mobile, liquid process, compressed air, and dust collection applications for a wide range of industries.

The public hearing for this proposal is scheduled to be held by the Planning Commission on Tuesday, April 14th at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber.  A final decision on the project is anticipated to be made by the City Council on Monday, April 27th.
