The excitement surrounding Downtown Auburn Hills keeps growing as Fieldstone Architecture and Engineering, LLC announced this week that they plan to relocate their offices in January 2015 to the top floor of the Ashford Commons building located at 3400 Auburn Road. They will bring 20 people to the building, with plans to employ between 40 and 50 employees at the site in the very near future. The cost of the renovation is estimated at $275,000.
Founded in 2011 when a group of well-experienced former colleagues joined together to provide design and engineering services for builders, Fieldstone excels at delivering a high-quality product while remaining mindful of its customers’ budgets and tight timelines.
The firm credits rapid growth as the main reason for their move from their current location at 691 N. Squirrel Road. Fieldstone numbers six of the top 10 homebuilders in the United States among its clients, which also include locally owned and operated Bloomingdale Construction of Rochester and Pulte Homes. Further growth is fueled by recent expansion of its offerings to include commercial architecture, interior design services, and a newly formed construction management division, Fieldstone Construction Services. Ryan Rasmussen, president and CEO, explained their success stems from their ability to understand what is important to their clients and how to tailor their services to meet their specific needs.
Stay tuned for more information about their ribbon cutting scheduled for early next year.
