The new SEA LIFE Michigan attraction at Great Lakes Crossing Outlets is showing great signs of progress.  Construction crews are working diligently on the project’s details that will portray the ocean environment and sea life at its most realistic.  The project is scheduled to be complete in Spring 2015.

At this point in construction, a crew is artistically building sculptures of plants and features of the natural environment found in our beautiful oceans.  The sculptures, which vary in size and shape, are erected with steel rods and wire mesh then coated with a cement plaster for an authentic look.  Numerous plants and boulders are staged throughout the tour path.

It’s amazing to watch this life-like marine experience being built by human hands right here in the City of Auburn Hills.
