We have a new Building Inspector and we’re really happy to see him. His name is Howard Wager.
As many are aware, the City of Auburn Hills is experiencing a tremendous amount of new construction activity. Most don’t know that the Community Development Department has been operating without this important position since the retirement of Hosea Crumpler about seven months ago; which is a testament to the good work and customer service that both Building Official Jeff Spencer and Building Inspector Rick Oberlin provide the community. So, it was nice to see Howard walk through the door for the first time today as our new inspector and team member. He instantly makes us better.
Howard brings over 25 years of experience in the building construction industry in facilitating both residential and commercial projects. He comes to us after working the past 15 years with Fenton-based Rhoads and Johnson where he managed various new builds and renovations as a lead superintendent.
