Fast Start: Faurecia is on the Move

Just 41 days.

That’s how long the City of Auburn Hills took to review and approve it.  In a global economy, where speed, flexibility, certainty, and trust are key factors that influence a company’s decision where to invest tens of millions of dollars – you must deliver on your promises.

Faurecia, the world’s sixth largest automotive supplier started construction last week on its new North American Headquarters on High Meadow Circle in the Oakland Technology Park.  The massive 278,000 square foot, three-story building will house up to 700 employees.

The new Faurcia North American Headquarters is scheduled to be completed by March 2014

This $24 million project will bring much-needed tax revenue to our town.  We’re very aware of what investments like this translate into for our citizens – low taxes, improvements to parks, good roads, police and fire protection, streets plowed, services for seniors, and so on.

We’re driven to move fast, folks are counting on us.
